The Society for the Rehabilitation of the Horn of Africa (SRHA) that took off 1996 is committed to pro- poor sustained rural development. It is non government, non political and non profit making international organization.
The economic, socio-cultural and political problems of the Horn of Africa are more complex and diverse than in the rest of the continent. In many ways nature seems also not in favor of this region.
SRHA is member based society and it is run by committed volunteers.
